During the time set aside in the agenda for a poster session, the Gather Town platform will be used to allow attendees to ‘visit’ different posters virtually, and interact real-time with authors.
Poster Viewing After the Meeting
After the event, each poster will be hosted on LSIC’s website. This includes a thumbnail of the poster for browsing and a larger PDF for detailed viewing. Authors can also submit their photo and contact information for display. The posters displayed on LSIC’s external website will be accessible by the public. If you prefer to opt out of this, please let Andrea Harman know.
Lightning talks will be presented live in the plenary session immediately preceding the poster session. Lightning talks are limited to a single slide. Your slide must be submitted in advance of the meeting (by May 5).
