Venue: Virtual - See Confluence for details

This month, we will join the Surface Power Focus Group for a joint telecon. Nicolas Carbone and David Sadey, both NASA Power Systems Engineers for Gateway L2, will present an overview of the  International Space Power System Interoperability Standards (ISPSIS). ISPSIS is one component of the International Deep Space Interoperability Standards.  After the talk, both speakers will take part in an extended question and answer session.  We will also present some brief community updates.

Abstract for the talk:
The International Space Power System Interoperability Standards (ISPSIS) define the requirements and characteristics of 120Vdc and 28Vdc electrical power for spacecraft. This standard also defines analysis, verification, and testing methodologies to be used to ensure that the loads operate when connected to the specified power quality and performance as defined by this standard. Utilizing this power standard, a power quality specification can then be developed that includes the detailed design performance of both the Electrical Power System (EPS) and the Electrical Power Consuming Equipment (EPCE).
